The salary is a huge headache. They credit the salary 1 month late and during Covid Pandemic, they have been deducting a huge chunk of our original salaries and haven't restored it till date. There's no job security as such and senior management can be bit difficult at times.

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily adopts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a part of a process-centric team that ethically caters to a huge client base.

Due to bulk hiring, incompetence gets overlooked. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow. Innovative ideas and suggestions get dampened easily. Teammates are not that helpful so vulnerable candidates..."

Teammates were friendly & co-operative, even the bosses tried to make out the best in you.Career Growth opportunity was OK. But company values its employees like its assets. Work culture & environment was also good.I got to learn a lot from the company.

The company lacked innovation techniques & continued to work on earlier modules only..But at the end of the day I enjoyed working with the organisation.
