In this company life insurance adviser is a primary post based on commission . The company can not give a salary. Agent will sale a policy .Then he will earn commission amount. It's depend on sale of policy what will be earn per day .Per month per year.

You are always thinking about the lic customers and give importance to the customers and immediately settlement option after policy maturity.l like that

...es and more benefits from mutual fund.So many people thinking this long period . some people I loss my money from lic ,we have to pay two years but they are not giving back my money.this is my survey till now.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Unertaion income because very hard comptision sale insurance no any traning give by lic deparatment it mean leck of knoledge
