Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Very terrible management about worst timing, worst holidays policy, site incharge will make sure that u need not get to know about companies leave policies, etc etc. Literally a dictatorship no way to talk about leaves and work timings in a democratic way. The worst ever leave policy I faced on my entire career span of 7 years

If you think to join Liebherr EMT division then think twice before leave your current company. Company doesn't support anyhow at any level and management only play blaming game and to let down their juniors. Ultimately it's your decision but really think many times before join Liebherr EMT division.

Only satisfied with European culture and vehicle performance...

Total waste in Indian management. Especially EMT... One of worst person Gupta is leading that department. But, He already closed one big manufacturing plant (Liebherr concrete) due his poor leadership planning... HR also not following the employee resignation ratio and not following the EES properly. Any I am giving this remark here the reason in future company need to be Developed
