The team and culture in Germany is very good. The people there are very supportive when it comes to work, culture and facilitation. Here, in the division in India (Pune), apart from job security, nothing else is right.

...lse promises to get people to work. 3. The worst is the HR department here. 4. They pay attention to small things, such as how long someone is talking to whom, how long they are taking breaks, The management here acts completely opposite to those who say this. 5. No work from home facility (strict policy) - Only a few people are enjoying this, and even that is kept behind the scenes. 6. In order to keep employees with them, these people send them to Germany and lock them into 2-3 year agreements - These people don't give any idea at all during the employee interview or even after selection. 7. And if you work for a German team, their feedback about you doesn't matter at all, and this is a very important and wrong approach here.

Anyone who want to spend whole life without learning new technical thing's can join this with high percentage of increment on current salary till retirement. Liebherr Germany office will be the best place to work.

Dislikes

HR team, Management team and all team head's never do their task properly. They don't have employees value. They are always poke you if you are smarter than them. Politics played every second. Hard working employee can't waste his/her time to be in such negative environment.

German company is supporting a lot to Pune Company.

Lots of favourisam. Design Head is not from Design Field. Design Head is promoted because he is family friend of one of the Director's wife. This Director & Design Head are master in dirty politics. They don't want any senior person in Design Department. Only conversion of 3D model & Drafting Work is available now as they don't have Design capabilities. They terminated two senior persons because of dirty politics.

Very unprofessional and C - grade company. Sustainable due to mother company in Germany. The culture is similar to roadside company

From the very first interview they will lie to you, the company has no vision whatsoever. No growth and learning. Only politics from higher management Canteen food is bad, company very far from Pune

Very bad culture and unprofessional behavior Pune factory has no vision whatsoever and no future roadmap. Culture wise it is like Indian tier 3 company.
