Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. During covid 19 no one get salary or any compensation from LICHFL. No work no pay.

Dislikes

It is a company that provides good compensation for the work we do. However promotion structure at officer cadres are rigid and long office hours are the norm. Overall if one is willing to compromise a bit on work life balance , it is good company to work for.
