It's a factory not a company. If you can survive in libsys you can survive in any company across the world Few things 1. Keep original degree certificates. Return them after 3 years. If you want to get back before that you need to call police 2. Totally Lala culture. No celebration can happen for birthday without permission. If you reach office by 9:16 means half day 3.they never give background verification for any employee. Even if you are top rater employee, they may write any absurd on releaving letter 4.No internet on PC. They even scan your computer if you are not reading anything 5.if you want to talk to person sitting next, use extension landline. This can be intrupted by CEO to listen what you are talking. 6. For them anyone who is not contributing to libsys is dog. You can feel it when CEO and his wife HR head talks to other employee in housekeeping, non tech department 7. Solve 99/100 issues from client till 2AM and talk to CEO. He will say that one which is left was the only important bug.

No learning, Old technologies, you will be forced to work with them by bond and a huge bond amount and employer friendly policies, 3 months notice period for freshers which is not negotiable and no buy out. No senior guidance. They hire only fresher's. You have to beg for leaves. Poor management. Managers are egoistic. Bla bla ......
