No strategy, No long term /short term business plan. Variable pay is the part of CTC. But no system to disburse as no KRA, PMS. Only cricise management, no health insurance, No focus on employee wwlfare, development. Liberty group took over the plant in India but injection of insufficient fund and strategy to start and run the plant.

Pretty much everything else. -Toxic workplace -Poor management and leadership -Extremely high attrition (over 70%), most people don't complete even a year -Zero job security -No growth opportunities

Almost everything!! Salary is just a magnet to attract people, do not fall in the trap! Highly unsecure work environment. unprofessional behavior is trend at this place, No hierarchy, illogical reasoning for the way it functions and Inhuman behavior is served to all employees. Global may be fine but Indian management is pathetic. officials at high post are full of EGO, no respect for subordinates/employees, using abusive language is their forte. Amazing place for people who like chaotic work environment, not recommended for professionals

...ies are not upto the mark as you may experience lack of basic utilities here. When employee resigns and serve less notice period, then he/she has to pay entire fixed salary for the remaining notice period which is big financial burden on the employees. I have experienced the same. No one should join this company at any cost....it's better to sit idle at home, have peace of mind and look for another better opportunity.
