Everyday is a new challenge. New hunting for customers without proper training and information about the products they offer. The expectations from the company is way too much.

Dislikes

Salary never on time. Hire and fire rule. No job security or proper guidance or support to the sales team. Unnecessary pressure for silly things, for which we are not responsible.

the company is really excellent, providing all service motivational and development program are outstanding, the staff and management very supportive

There is no job security, dedication clause added if target does not meet 80% and above so basis salary 50% only received, normal family hardworking employee work hard for family but does not meet the 80%above target and deduct the salary,this fear will remain every month Request to management please cancelled the clause , and received better result othe than this company is very one number for every parameter for employee and management also

First of all there is salary issue. The salary is delayed by 2 months and there is no exact date to get the salary. Then ceo is not motivational also the staff is not at all good and it’s a trap working there.
