Everyday is a new challenge. New hunting for customers without proper training and information about the products they offer. The expectations from the company is way too much.

Salary never on time. Hire and fire rule. No job security or proper guidance or support to the sales team. Unnecessary pressure for silly things, for which we are not responsible.

First of all there is salary issue. The salary is delayed by 2 months and there is no exact date to get the salary. Then ceo is not motivational also the staff is not at all good and it’s a trap working there.

Some people behave like they are above MD of the company, for many of etc... etc...work) but when it comes to partying or any other Voluntary selection, then this so called group do biasness. I understand for new hired person (fresher) - Sales is totally new for them, so the Company gives necessary time frame to take up all learning, skills and proceed, without taking any stress.
