The previous management was just a perfect environment for growth and inclusiveness. Things were great and no qualms. This is applicable retro 3 years

Dislikes

The present management is openly partial to certain employees. If the management (currently represented by one man) feels that an employee or a contract employee is not showing respect as per Indian standards, that person is set to be fired without a reasonable notice or any logical reason. No feedback about the management would be taken from the employees who fall under the gray list of the management. There's also very limited scope for growth, as the management has very little knowledge about the existing projects within the company as well as about the roles and responsibilities.
