...his place however you can't focus on particular area in which you can excel... There is no pay as you work No scope for traveling As company works for 6 days in a week no proper work life balance

I had a wonderfull experience and good young energetic team mates.Salary and appraisal as per market standard.

Total waste. management won't believe the Key Managerial Personnel. But they believe and respect the words of Executives cadre peoples who are the actual rule creators instead of management. Management fears to question those peoples. Management will fraudulently see all the official email correspondence of all the employees. Those who are choosing to work here, are putting their career under high risk.

No Cooperation from the Managment and HR. Always one has to work under tremendous pressure.

Lack of understanding the Provisions of laws applicable to a listed Company on the part of Management hence compliances were done with a lot of difficulties. Lack of professionalism.
