They claim them as a part of Atlas copco but no benifits of it, they follow there own way. Service Department is worst, they treat Engineers as labours. Engineer has to load and unload material, operate pallet truck, stacker and crane. Engineer should experienced in Cleaning dismantled pump parts. Old service Engineers are current managers, they simply compare current facilities with 15 years old facilities what they had in past and claim us to adapt to the situations. Service dept alone work till 7.30 pm despite having work, since they worked in past. If you are manager's pet, you can survive, otherwise difficult. If he targets on you, 90% travel. No promotion, no growth. Once a service Engineer/ labour always the same. High politics.

For this position from last 5 years 4 people already resigned due to same reason. There is no team work, lack of coordination and support. Egoistic and narrow minded people. No respect for new ideas and creativity.
