here salary structure and increment is very bad, Lexus maintain only minimum criteria of govt. rules no hike in your basic salary. that's why our pf employer contribution is constant. and nepotism is exist here

...p ka hai..They Treat very Bad to Lower level employees like Drivers and cleaner. This 3 guy will make you realise everyday that these three guys are giving you salary and you are not worth for the salary!!

Lexus Motors is the one of the greatest company for explore own capability. Colleagues are just like family and the environment is too comfortable for women.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow,high work pressure.Managers do not value an individuals,unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
