Lexus is a Japanese brand who follows Japanese culture even at their Lexus experience centre it's a great organisation to work with and will get to know lot more things about the work ethics as well as the Japanese culture the real meaning of customer service and hospitality. Lexus focuses on omotenashi Japanese word which means an exceptional hospitality towards the customer whosoever approaches towards the Lexus guest experience centre I like the way the treat their employee from starch to top respect each other and it's really fun to work with these guys. Specially luxes New Delhi team is very energetic and quite supportive in nature and I really do like their behaviour towards employees their punctuality towards the work and sense of responsibility which help me to develop by the period of time I am connected with Lexus I really really looking forward to work with lexus more but due to and vendor organisation coming into play it quite demotivating for me to stay in touch with this great organization but as a company it's and wonderful organization to work and to learn as well.

Dislikes

lexus as an organisation is quite good but unfortunately we are into the lexus from an intermediate name Durga webtel private limited which as a company is really terrible and doesn't support his employee it's Lexus who really keen about their employees no matter what they tried their best to fulfill our demands but we are being exploited by these intermediates and I personally think Lexus should look into this. I am a brand ambassador with Lexus at Indira Gandhi international airport terminal 3 and fortunately we are into this with a vendor organisation named Durga metal private limited who is really exploiting in nature the keep on deducting our salary unnecessarily though total five brand ambassadors working with Lexus they have been through same kind of training but still there is a big discrimination regarding the salary they don't pay the salary on time and I personally think that every brand ambassadors should be on the same pay scale rather getting different pay scales which differs a lot this is the thing that Lexus should personally look into because we are the the front face for Lexus who helpe Lexus to generate their sales up to 30% it and rest of 70% are being done by the LRM and the team Lexus. So it's their responsibility to look into this and sort it out because we are putting our everything to outshine you guys in front of all the competitors brand because airport is an area where each and every person's compares with the other models or your rivals or you can say your competitors but we are the one who try to convince them and with your wonderful product and extremely fascinating craftsmenship ofJapanese we try to convert them to Lexus in our capacity. So that's an request to all Lexus new Delhi and Lexus India to please look into this so that no more exploitation of the employee take place and employee can work here with great joy and happiness.
