I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,i have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night . Management do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Owner is theif, doesn't even pay salaries. Also abuses whenever he wants. No HR, no culture, forget any career advancement. Joined only since it was FMCG soon realised made mistake
