Toxic work environment - stay away. Joining this company was the worst decision of my career. The workplace is extremely toxic and the directors are abusive. The owner has an orthodox mindset frequently shouting at employees and degrading them to the point of shattering their self esteem. Respect for employees is nonexistent. People are treated as machines not humans. Their bizarre leave policy makes it nearly impossible to take time off and they go to the extent of deducting salaries even for minor delays of 5-10 mins even when the employees are covering up by working extra hours on a daily basis. Instead of fostering a healthy work culture, they create an environment of fear and disrespect. They keep your original documents with them at the time of joining which is illegal and use it to abuse you once you resign. If you value your mental well being and professional growth, avoid this company at all cost.

They are horrible, harrissing to employees, the director have an police case and labour court case against harrassment from rhe employee

Positive work environment, Good scope for creativity and innovation, open door policy, high levels of involvement and engagement, opportunities for learning and growth, working hours are much better than industry standards and the ownership is very understanding.
