People are very nosy and with the name of business analyst they hire for documentation role which does not require any technical skills like SQL or python. They will fire candidates after two weeks based on their interest. They look for over excited candidates and think they are extremely talented.Managers are very partial and do not recognise your talent. They want you to over work(atleast 12hrs) a day, with 21000 as stipend. You need to work on weekends as well. Worst place to start your career with. Only good thing about this company is free food. No cab facilities
