Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

...h employee from April to September month and taking the work of more than 100% The deducted salary will be credited back in next year by June 2021(Q2) in case you stay in this company. If you resigned then no chance of getting back that amount.

work Pressure, every task will be on priority. Even doesn't matter personal life. they will interfere to your life as well. In WFH, you have to reply 24/7. Even on weekend you need to work. You give more than 100% still they will not be satisfied with your performance. So many yr.... I can't explain everything here.

There is no job security. Even if you are working for many years, you will not be asked to stay in case of resignation. Team is supporting but not the higher management. Work culture during Covid 19 is 24*7 including Saturdays and sometimes Sundays as well.

...ent is not aware that there teams are suffering too from there rude behaviour. Salary deducting since lock down started and have no plan when it will be given back. Higher management need to understand the situation of below employees.

... the only one who works for your organization. The notice period is 3 months. They put a variable in the salary so that if you leave the company before 1 year, you will lose a big amount. No strategy, no planning. They just do random things and fail every time and then manager won't be responsible, he will put all the blames on you.

I really appreciate this company as I was very comfortable with this job but unfortunately due to always of my bad luck this company was shut down in COVID but there was no fault of company as our owner MR nivesh sir help to save the company but all try was unable to save I also want to thank MR LOKESH KUMAR my senior to guide me...
