Overall company environment was good the co-founders are very communicative and easily accessible to their employees.

Dislikes

...pletely terrible he doesn't know how to behave professionally. he was very rude. Also, I didn't get the remaining amount which they should pay me after I left the job. I mailed to their HR but she never responded.

Nothing much too like the company founder not aware of how to do management.

Dislikes

Managers are less experience and not supporting, being in the technical department you have taken care of sales also, Without salary you have to work no promotions, No hike. just like simply giving reasons and avoiding employees, HR is there but no uses no authorities for them.

I learnt a lot being a part of the organization to grow my interpersonal skills & build a great team to drive business. You are allowed to make effective decisions but the credit wouldn't be acknowledged to you.

Dislikes

The overall performance bonus, or incentives & growth possibilities are almost null within the organization even if you go out of the box to contribute in the growth of the company. The techno-commercial aren't approved on time & minor tech implementations takes ages.
