I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

One Thing I like about Lets Nurture was my senior IOS Developer Who treats any jr. just like their younger brother. He gives career advice personal advice, In short he motivates you to do good in your career as well as in life.

Dislikes

So many Dislikes, They don't remain on their words, they can extend your internship by their own. There was an incident I asked for WFH because of serious medical emergency at my home from top authorities and Team Lead denied by saying no We Can't give you WFH you take leave and come and work on Saturday's to compensate, and I got to know that he took WFH and was enjoying the trip with his family and friends. So they Don't have any type of mercy in their heart.

I'm saying honestly the working environment at let's Nurture is a very marvelous firstly I appointed into a Python Department as a Jr. Python Devloper and actually at that of my joing day when I came at let's Nurture and when I saw how the actually work in I.T industry after I was flabbergasted because you know someone focus on there work it's naturally but someone testing the application and another one attending the meetings with clients and after if you're at my position definitely you'd think that now I'm at right place that what I think at that time. So you're very luckily if you're working at let's Nurture and who are not I'm gonna only saying them on those people I invite you to start your journey at Let's Nurture we'll be waiting for you I hope you join into Let's Nurture family we glad that actually. company will hire you for some specific role and after that they will switch you from one technology to another and at last they will fire you saying that your performance is not good
