Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. It was overall a good experience. Teammates are nice and supportive. If you wish to join as sales representative than you might travel a lot. Company is growing potentially.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. There is no on-job training for freshers. Owner of the company is Chinese and is short-tempered.

Overall experience is good with this company. But there are few people who just enjoying there position and knows nothing about work. Altough they are good in giving bonous and incentives and you have to work 5 days a week. But their is no job security.
