Career growth is nothing Salary is not as per industry standard Product limitation CEO is not ready to UpGrad their product Support from Developement team is zero No control over project management in case of client location

If you want to do 9-7/8pm job then join this company..Worst culture, there are some guys who even worked continuously from 9 am to next day 6:30 pm( approx 60-70hrs continuously) yes you would not believe it but it true..Sometime you have to work on sunday also.

Work- Life balance, Idiot seniors who can't even pass a right guideline to do a work efficiently, Worst Work culture, No increment even if you work diligently
