Never ever join this company as a Process Engineer, the Process head is sick he want you to work like his slave and never go home plant ,department employees are self centered they will never cooperate and will give negative feedback always.

No job security, people working there are full of creep, ill-mannered, even the administration lacks quality. They are self centred, not caring about employees

Only the motivation of a hard working leader the plant head else there is no job security and there are some people who are continuously involved in politics and even a high positioned person COO has interest in downline politics.

Everything no budget, no job security, no increment only tension and everyday just onething you could be out of company without any reason.
