...at hierarchy they have at Lepide. Yhe top management is really nice and helpful. Its a startup so the benefits are not extravagant, but they pay you well which compensates for it.

Their product line is their strongest suite and probably the best reason to love this organization. All the teams have razor sharp focus to join hands and collaborate together to bring about the best of user experience and superiority over similar competitors while new features are being rolled out. The support from management is also there if you know how to express the needs to gather it. The policies are not strict, are employee friendly and have some scope of improvement no doubt since it is a flat organization + management but they can be customized more in line with the shift in industry mindset I believe. Colleagues within and outside departments are all friendly and bond well with each other like a close-knit, small and sweet family if you can learn to live with each others' flaws. The best thing is your technical colleagues are very bright and sharp minds and they can make you learn a lot of new things without you even asking them. Its a pleasure to be alongside such brilliant people. This is a small company and one can make great career here if they are genuine at their heart and can learn to accept the fact that every place may have its own small flaws here and there; and there is no perfect place to work on the earth, lest you have it in you to make it best for yourself. You will have to find your own feet here and once you do, you can fly!

Dislikes

Backlog refinement needs to improve for feature development so that projects are not written off as user stories. Releases need to happen faster. There is no Learning and development calendar. One needs to identify their learning needs and resources both on their own and then management can support them reasonably well, which is good in a way, but if it could be implemented via a calendar then the internal skill development could be aligned more with organization goals better I believe, plus it would set the employees also on a structured and directional learning path.
