HR's are worst, they always try to not give salary they are very cunning people, even after notice period completed and it's almost 60 days, they given me wrong pay slips and till now didn't provided my salary. All 7 days working culture for Business Analyst and 12 hours shift.

No skill and work you need if you were mgr frends or ex company culegue they will hire and will highlight you in front of heads .that he is hard working and smart .and head blindly follow them.

Nothing to like, worst company ever, no culture, no safety in terms of labours and every bad salary for labours and working staff, very bad production and coordination between departments.

Work culture is pathetic, the upper management level will discriminate you according to your gender and religious.

Lenskart has no Regard for your personal life. They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working for 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth. They keep saying "what have you done?" There is no appreciation for the store manager or salespeople. They only appreciate optometrists because they think that without optometrists, they can't run the store, but they believe the store can easily run without salespeople and managers.
