...Lenskart West zone as no one will be able to continue the job at the next level. Bhumika Thakkar HRBP You took a lot of time to release my salary with certificate and in that also you are showing zero days notice period whereas we have done a full 1 month notice period survey this is very pathetic culture and this is completely wrong activity. Dear Team, I have already given notice period as per company Policy and systematic way. But I don't understand why FNF settlement 0 days notice period mention. Don't quote wrongly, Plz kindly do the needful. I'll attach all supporting data available at the time of resignation lenskart.com I'm looking for your support on this FNF settlement plz rectify data & reissue revised FNF settelment.

๐Ÿฆป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Š 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. If you stand store for growth ๐Ÿ“ˆ they not appreciate. Moral of story :- Waste time & experience. big๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible. This doesn't feel like software office, they treat you like daily wage labour. Please don't join and get trapped here. You will definitely regret joining. I hope all our pain would someday come back to the company and this company would vanish.

Constant manpower suffeling Cleaning done by staff When customer is not on the store, staff can't sit & don't use mobile Duty xtra hours Incentive policy is not good thats why 90% staff get 500 to 1k incentive
