It’s my first job . I was very excited to work there . Working atmosphere was very good very friendly team I got. Supportive area managers and store staffs . Updated billing system.

Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies. They will make you work for more than 10 hrs without extra pay.They will force you to do more than 10 hours shift just to clean the store.The "happy employees" you see online? FAKE. No one stays for long because the work environment is toxic. If you have self-respect, DO NOT join Lenskart!

Not help to the area opretion manager need salary but not increase salary one is bad of lenskart work all optometrist qualification is astlist 25k send the all optometrist salary increase my work started for lenskart 2 years completed but my salary not increase

The culture is not good most of the case.Some Area manager are think they are the ceo of company ,in small any issue they tell their employee I sent you PoP,Swat,or else say drop your paper down ,Dont listen any or understand the condition only shout number number!!Some area maneger also want PS do job under him ,do their work by their style..!!!Some area manager who are top leading they dont deserve as a leader at all they only lead because of their store location and their team.Very unsupportive culture now the time ......

Initially the company was good. Salary and company policy was good.not it's very bad

...they are making customer fool like the same way staffs also they will make fool. Honestly speaking you can't grow in this company, it's like a chit fund company, if you grow also you will not get salary. Please don't join this company if you are not getting any better company then you join in Local optical but not in LK. And one more thing they will be trying experience people to leave from the company, even you can check LK is a company where the attrition rate is too high.
