No skill and work you need if you were mgr frends or ex company culegue they will hire and will highlight you in front of heads .that he is hard working and smart .and head blindly follow them.

.... No motivation . Worst place to work . No salary increment for last 3 years . Only salary cutting for last 1.5 years ,Labeled covid 19 and that also for store staff , not for BH , HR , AOM , VM, Clustures , Trainers. Poor incentive Structure . Even they wont consider PL, CL or WO in Payslip.( will consider as LOP). If an employe having PL OR CL more than 5 .They will tell to use it and finish it off .Bcz it will help the staff in FnF , if he having 5 to 10 . Especially Kerala Region Dont work under Jinuraj AOM , HARSHA HR, Sharath Raju BH. They all will treat you like dog .

...our own way and supports you. Job security Is there for who perform and deliver. Company paid salaries in covid times(most of the staff took pay cut to keep the company floating).

Dislikes

Work life balance is not there, you have to be ready for surprise meetings and un scheduled calls which will change your plans and makes your day long and hard.

Only learning is left, In my opinion only employees are supporting but company is not supporting to their employees.

Salary deduction, extra working days, no peace of mind, zero employees satisfaction , Feeling helpless.
