Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies. They will make you work for more than 10 hrs without extra pay.They will force you to do more than 10 hours shift just to clean the store.The "happy employees" you see online? FAKE. No one stays for long because the work environment is toxic. If you have self-respect, DO NOT join Lenskart!

Never work in lenskart my suggestion salary is on time but in the name of incentive they will cheat you, Earlier their salary package was good now it's worst, no value for staff never support own employee, Company culture is too bad no time for family always sale sales too bad no permenant store they will keep on shuffling store to store lenskart is hiring IAS AND IPS they have lenskart academy wer they train employees 30 days if 30 members go for traning only 10 to 15 will be selected and send them to stores wort organisation to work for especially if ur optometrist beware to work here if have 3 Rating ur safe if u don't below 2 rating they will send you home no respect for optoms there

I working in lenskart 1 years Not good salary Not good incentive And stock decision in your salary and incentive I pay own amount 5000 I do repair some braked append after then managers say you pay 5 000 after the manager I say please do help sir like after then managers say I do not do any help you talk with . area manager does guy also say sorry your mistake this is you only pay 5000 . monthly salary is only 15500

Nothing is good about this company apart from learning something like how to clean specks and floor, toilets and handling customer issues. If you work with lenskart your patience level will increase for sure😂 because u will have to do cleaning, even toilet, floor and everything like cx complaints etc, which they never mention at the time of joining nor it will be mentioned in your offer letter

...ppreciate and recognise people's who are giving their best every single time. But no they will have deductions from the salary every month for cleaning audits etc. (Where they never keep any housekeeping even in flagship stores) Whenever any store store achieves their target, it means store will get good incentives but end of the month the store will have some kind of audit to hold the incentives for all the staffs there at the store. And the kind of pressure they put for sales, insurance, high value orders, progressive orders and conversion etc. Its just next level! Lenskart is only customer oriented company ( at the same time there is lot of cheating with customers, never been transparent to the customers, which customers never know) Never ever join lenskart, Optometrist Better stay jobless rather than joining lenskart. They will make u do cleaning and sale with salary of just 22k , max 24k if u have experience. And then there is a bulsh!t guy called Oliver kaye, CXO, he puts another level of pressures to staffs for sale, cleaning and deductions every single month without any transperancy.
