Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Lemken india company culture is superb and supportive team. It is the Multinational company so many more new ideas and new thinks learning. Travel policy is excellent. Environment is superb. German Trainer provided of training in india and new ideas, thinks, technology prepared. LEMKEN india culture is German.

There is no future I saw in this organization. As I face so many problems like management is just selfish .In troubling time of covid 19 ,they unemployed me.they just used poor people for their work .No company policies ,no job securities.even no health policies for employee. They consider employee as a bull and just hammering at every second on mind .I feel its my big mistake as I worked their .

Lemken is a family company so no longer period for decision making its immediately taken by management. Freedom for work & trust on employees . also products quality is world no 1 so employee feel that so much proud in market. Lemken its German base culture they are taking care of employees properly & also good scope for new learning's & international training's.
