Poor politics All illustrate peoples are hired they don’t how to speak , hr and management only wants to hire those employees who don’t argue and raise cross questions to them , here hrd work never pay off increment and incentive and promotion are given to those who buttering them or who do vo boot liking Management never cooperate with junior They everyday force you todo overtime without giving overtime pay Manager (Ujjwal ) directly say that if you wants good promotion and increment then give me expensive whiskey bottle and some employees give them in order to get get promotion overall Leixir is worts company to work with. Company don’t provide any accommodations and travel expenses to their employees,

One of the worst company. If you are thinking to join it. Look at the other option. Ujjwal is a manager who consistently exhibits unprofessional behavior. He frequently misbehaves and lacks basic communication skills, making it difficult for employees to approach him. His poor attitude and inability to interact respectfully create a toxic work environment.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
