PD head Mr. Navneet is egoistic person and don't have manner's how to talk to junior's or freshers. Merchandiser is responsible for all like making samples, making making BOM, customer communication, material follow up for sample's etc. Merchandiser has to follow samples in sampling making floor because there is no sample incharge in this factory. You will have to make all the samples's like proto, CFM, press/marketing or salesman sample. Company management is so dump. Owner is good but management is totally fraud. Tip - Please take offer letter before joining and read the salary structure carefully.

...over there is not supportive and never motivate you. Career growth is not there. Salary they give is very less as compare to any other company. They will not make you learn new things. The seniors will treat you as a servant many times.

My experience with this company is amazing as a accountant. Staff of each and every department are coordinating in nature. My boss Mr.bhatnagar sir always support me with my work and my senior also.

Ther is no work from home always office work.

Overall good working environment, but at some points the company is lacking behind at salary/appraisal area but there is no doubt that we have some much of learning and growth with leiner.

Dislikes

I personally feel that there is some much of monopoly here and also the major issue of work-life balance as there is no proper timings for working hours.
