...king with the organization.Work culture is average and teammates are supportive.Appraisals are fair and this time its not yet done and they give average salary hike and bonus.During COVID-19 they asked us to utilize our paid leaves if no PL(Paid Leaves) then no salary only continuity will remains with organization.Only few staff get blessing of management they got salary with out utilizing PL.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.I am working with this organization since 2007.Lot of politics even a junior who worked under you will be your superior with the blessing of so called managers.

Likes

International construction company so only day duty. OPD, Emergency and Pre-employment fitness.

Dislikes

salary, career growth, nothing to learn, no new innovations, job security (construction complete). no facilities.

I feel safe & heard inspite on being woman in a construction industry, Salaries are always on time. Since working hours are already a lot, we are not expected to wait late at night.

Dislikes

...e is not much chance to grow and many monopolies exist within the project teams. Often if there is no new project, employees are terminated or sent on 'Loss Of Pay' leaves. It is difficult to become part of a pre-existing team & often you employees who take interest in work are exploited by there reporting managers. There are no opportunities to find a work life balance. Only a single person with no family responsibilities can work & sustain here.

Leighton has its own standard. its a brand rather than an organisation. The most important thing is Leighton never sacrifies about salary releasing part.

Need more professional person at Department Head Level.

... all our career growth is very good & Salary is also good as per our experience.Actually Leighton gives good salary more than our experience & Leighton also provide travelling facilities ,learning& working environment is very good all about working is best of Leighton.
