I don't think there is any positive points in marketing department and company there is full of negativity

Working in the Marketing Team should be creativity and collaboration, but under the current management, it feels like a constant struggle. Micromanagement is rampant, stiffing any opportunity for innovation. It's disheartening to witness the lack of trust and respect for our abilities. Will suggest don't even go in Marketing Department will spoil your whole carrer

The turnover rate in the marketing team speaks volumes about the management's behavior. Constant restructuring, lack of transparency, and arbitrary decision- making create a sense of instability. It's challenging to stay motivated where there is no confidence in the leadership's ability to steer us in the right direction.
