There is nothing to like about this place.

Dislikes

Too many things to list down, let me start by saying extreme office politics, groupism, no salary hike to anyone, salary not disbursed on time and many times after 7th or 8th of the month.

Likes

Friendly team. Tea coffee machine availability in small pantry. Good environment. Good for job safety( depends on your team)

Dislikes

Not good for growth. Salary may not be time for some months especially for high salaried person. Old projects with old technology ( depends on your team) Directors don't care about employees efforts and weekend work. Less employees. Startup. No comp off, no outing, no vouchers. No parmenent wfh.

The city. It is located in one of the best cities of India, Pune.

Dislikes

No increment in salary even after working for 2 years No promotion or incentive No motivation. Very mundane work Nothing new to learn Too much of unfairness in the management. No consistency in rules. Almost all weekends are working even though there is 5 day working structure. There is no out-time.

I will agree very handful people are nice I have a huge respect for the founder as well .

Working in legal updates was a nightmare I really don’t want anyone to face this . I will be direct Tanay and Shirley they are not good leads at all they are biggest bully and it’s high time they realise that it’s not cool to be sarcastic or rude to people. Newcomers pls choose not to work under them as they will kill your morale . After reading wat happened in EY I felt I really need to call out . I have heard from so many people who are apparently their frnds telling ki just to be in thr good books they are being nice to them after leaving the organisation. They have a way of choosing a vulnerable person as thr scapegoat. I really hope they do better for themselves in future but I hope and pray they are nicer to people. Just be conscious human beings who realise that it’s not cool to insult people in front of everyone and it’s definitely not cool to target people and just to lessen the burden of your favourite people you give their work to them .

At times worklife is bit stressful but for candidates who loves challenges will love the environment, but since the company deals in compliance domain some months are tough as this company is amongst top leaders in.
