I had placed there through college placement and experienced totally toxic environment 😷 the team leader of watch department (Sonali thete) harassed me very much and everytime passes personal comments about my parents profession and forced me to quit the job 😠 then I requested to change the department and director also said me that somehow mistake was occurred from my side that's why she said about my parents, if any mistake happened from my side in the work, still she don't have any right to speak about my parents and director was so horrible he told me to continue the job in the same department and said (ab kya tum ko written mei de ki dobara wo kuch nahi bolengi tumhare parents ke bare mei aur department to change nahi honga kyonki problem to har jagah hongi) and they are totally biased towards their favourite ones, no matter they are less skilled than others but still they promotes them only..😑 They don't provide you proper training and after a week started giving per day targets of about 3 to 4 matters and per matter includes word mark, slogan and logo that means total of 10 - 12 searches with slides preperation in a day without proper training and leader was also not present to guide you ( my shift was 3pm to 11pm and leader off from the office around 6pm to 6:30pm) how can 8 to 10 peoples learn individually in 3 hours?! Worst management and many employees quit the office within 2-3 months, that's why they're able to avail vacancies all the time not because of their growth😂
