The only thing I liked my senior associate always guided me and advise me whenever I did any mistake.

Dislikes

The number of things I dislike about this company is that they won't pay you well and will extract work from you. Even after so many complaints, they are bothered to reply. If there is any mistake from my side they will approach to me from every other source but if I have issue with them they wont reply. They will not give you enough stipend and will give you excuses. Don't waste your time by giving crucial time to stupid company.

Very Good Option for Promotions and Internal Job Postings, Good Work Culture and Job Security is Good in the company. Best Remote Work Job and Saves huge amount of time like traveling time is saved around 3-4 Hours a day. That I can put in work and earn incentives.

Dislikes

Need to make it more Shinny for new talents in the company but now we have Remote Work that is a very good alternative option and saves huge amount of time.

Likes

Very Good Supportive Management and Seniors are Awesome. Plus Juniors are Good and Hardworking. I like the Remote Working Conditions more than spending time travel to office and back home.

Dislikes

Juniors have flexible timing and that sometimes make my job harder as I am responsible for the Task. It means I need to spend little bit more time on work sometimes due to this.

Good Company as Guided me whenever it was required plus showing confidence in me to complete the tasks. Flexible in sense of timings but strict on quality.

Job Security is Really Good and Job Safety is something you need not worry about. Just do the work and there is no other headaches. Work Culture is Good and No Office Politics in the company The management team is Supportive and helpful in all manners. Company Policies are simple and does not hurt any employees. Best Part is Company is Customer Centric and Also Values the Work DOne by the Employees.
