Dislikes

The company has no standard HR policy and provides worst work life balance and worst working culture. In this company even a bus conductor can become an HR personal and a teacher can become a HR manager with zero knowledge of how to be an HR. You get a raise only when you are about to leave and no appreciation or job security.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
