Management is really good, they take personal interest in well being of their employee. the products are also amazing in quality, completed 2 years and its going good. work life balance is good, employees are treated equally. overall a very good experience.

pay scale is about 15-20% lesser than their close competitors. but i am sure for all the good things they provide this can be over seen.

There is no job security at Legacy Global Projects. One could be at ease terminated from their employment by giving blatant or misleading grounds. There is no recognition and acknowledgement to people who aspire to do more in life, instead there’s always a way for certain people at office to demotivate and bring personal feud in place.

Gain valuable knowledge about the field a person is working in. Get to research and write on various issues related to management, law, taxation etc. Job security is great along with a balanced work life because the company gives independence to work from home.

Not much to dislike. Its just every other organisations, where they will have tight deadlines to finish your projects

excellent i enjoyed my experienced some times over interacted and some times neutral very sad i missed so many occasions were very important to attend in life Directors are very encourage and Young and Dynamic
