Even after completing probation, you are not allowed to take a single day of leave. For a one-day sick leave, they demand both a medical certificate and a fitness certificate, and you may even receive a warning letter. Only the Managing Director’s side chicks gets a hybrid work mode—two days in the office and the rest remote. Everyone else must work six days a week from the office, with no leave.
