They have their limited staff in their office and the officials are very bad, they will discriminate between you and other old employees. You will feel like left out. And also job security is not their. Mr Dilip Porwal the owner is very arrogant and too rude. He is an egoistic person who can remove you if you even try to prove your point, doesn't matter of you are correct. And no scope for career growth. Their is no week off, you'll be working for 365 days and even after that if you'll take any single leave then also they will deduct from your salary that one day also. No personal life. Better not to work their.
