Salary is okay but you realise how worthless it is when working in such a toxic and insecure environment where you never know when it is your last working day. They have no humanity. They can ask you anytime to not come from next day.

Work culture is so toxic. The HR Head Sutikshan is worst. He has no heart and is inhuman. He derives pleasure from other people's pain. Work life balance is 0. Official working hours are 9:30 to 7pm but they ask you to work for more. Prepare to work for 11+ hours daily.

here the working culture is too good when the seniors are listen to employee. now the situation is company is too bad because here working employee is not consider by company. when rumors about an employee arise, a thorough investigation is essential to gather all prespectives allow each employee to voice their thought. unfortunately, in my case, I was not given this chance . instead, I faced pressure to resign and was threatened with a trasfer to another state.
