...like about this organization, Totally Unprofessional behavior of the management. They abuse on the floor, No work life balance, Did’nt employees salary. Very bad experience, Take lesson from my experience and try somewhere else.

...unders. They themself don’t want to get their management into right direction. They don’t pay employees they hold employees salary even after you make sales. They want to earn profit by your sale but don’t want to give you salary.

Hired within 2 hrs, very easy interview, will hire anyone who is looking for job

...e your mock calls in which you have to clear in 3 attempts or your attempts end. In my batch only 1 person who had lowest salary was able to clear it. Also my call wasn’t bad .

...ompany with no work ethics 2- Managers are having no managerial skills at all. 3- They don't pay salary on time . 4- They can kick u out at any time during the training peroid or probation period without any notice or giving any specific reason, they can terminate you anytime so no job security at all . 5- The worst working culture I've ever seen in any company . 6- I know in Ed tech company the job is not certain but here It is at its worst when I joined the company , we were 13 people, in 1 month they terminate terminate all of them except me and one of my colleague .

Worst company ever . In starting month they won't say anything and if in one month there is no sale they would terminate and would mention that with in 45 days later salary will be credited but thats not true . Even if you call them they will simply ignore call even at that time they will be free . Specially senior hr . she is having 8 plus year experience than also . i would suggest you never go to this company. they are cheater and they will going to bear the consequences.
