No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

1. Have to work for extra hours with no additional pay; 2. Salary is received 15 days late every month 3. They deny to pay you salary and reimbursement and Lakhs of rupees remain due and are not cleared , once you apply for resignation even on medical grounds 4. The PF that gets paid to your PF account cannot be withdrawn by you without Company's consent, so they use it to blackmail you.

Nothing is good about here!!!

They treat like a animal they even don't hesitate to call out "hamm paisa dake rakaha hee" But in a way that they think they have buyed u,after some days they don't even show the basic human respect. U need to do a lot of micromanagement from ur end like u have to work on Sundays and they show up with ur salary minimum 15 days later... -A piece of advice stay away from there as professional or as a student... (Now a wise person has open eyes)
