The management is worst. The founder doesn't know how to handle the employees. There are some kids who have been given top management position who controls senior and experienced employees out there. There is no recognition for the talent there.

Hiring and firing is the normal culture. Today they hire you tomorrow they will fire. In my 1 year of experience it was very normal. Employees had been fired within months and weeks they were hired. Suddenly they will hire a team and next month they will fire. Impulsive and unstable decisions.

1. they need to separate students on particular course (means all people are in same batch sometime for fresher they don't no which topic they need to concentrate )give trainings based on that 2.need motivation and guidance by them (continuous updates needed)

Only the incentive they give and they took care about your health for leaves.

Dislikes

They lie about placement ,there is no placements for candidates who take their course. And their team is money minded ,they don't think to do good for people . I was the top performer still they threw me out and many others. Do not join the company.
