On-time salary, remote work so no time wasted on commute, no unnecessary paper work or wasting time over zoom calls. We are only expected to do our jobs which is turning the assignments around in time.

Work pressure can increase during some specific periods, but you receive incentive for going that extra mile, so all is good.

It was a great learning experience.

Dislikes

They pay very less for the work we do. It takes almost 3 hrs to review one paper. Sometimes they give you more than 5 papers to review which you need to submit within 24hrs. I have had sleepless nights because you cannot always ask the coordinator to give your paper to someone else. Every week you have an evaluation of your review and they criticise everything. You can take home tuition and get more money instead.

Likes

The directors, colleagues are all very helpful and cooperative, respectful and understanding. They are very sincere and timely in crediting salaries. Director personally reminds twice at the start of a month for sending the invoices. The colleagues and culture within the company is excellent.

Dislikes

Inconsistent workflow that sometimes results in affecting work-life balance.
