New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

They dont pay salary to any of their employees when you ask the question or raise wise they will simply remove you from the group by passing the deltic comments and they are type of fraud so please be aware of them do not join this operation as this organization is also not registered the group of people are trying to cheat the customers one of the employees who has committed on linkedin that he has paid so they have created a fake monopoly against them

They have attitude like well working automation but they are neither the organization nor registered as our team told that there is no such company registered with the name of learn medix In every two to three months they change the name of their page and operate with different name because they have never paid to anyone when we asked about the proof of the company they simply removed the employee so before joining us the detail and the which they will not be able to provide

Nothing to like they haven't paid my salary .

Dislikes

They kept ignoring salary part in starting then they force for sales in just 15 days if you are not able to do sales they blocked me at salary time. Many employees got blocked like this in same way .

Salary package.flexible working hours.no CRM.Wfh .

Dislikes

They did not gave certificate even on training completion.they gave salary only if lead is cracked else they did not gave a single penny.in batch only two to three people were left out if which only one contonued as he cracked the deal and he got salary.i did not receive single penny as i was not able to crack a deal not even the fixed salary part.to conclude ni salary was given not evwn thw fixed part.
