.... But at the same time work pressure is high. Nearly 15- 16 hours work is there. Salary side is not bad. Transport is fully depend upon all over pan India, so that communication is also good to improve. Higher officials and all very friendly manner, it was good to work. But at the same time I want to learn more about it that's only thing I'm searching job.

Most pathetic and toxic work culture ever seen in my long career. Senior leaders talk abusive even in meetings. Hire and fire culture. Any time you will be thrown out for no reasons. Sharing my personal experince with this company, finally its your call, its your life. take care

It is like a lala company. No delegation of authorities across all the levels. Poor management at HO. Managers sitting in HO’s of all the departments are egoistic. They don’t care about their subordinate.Delay in decision making.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. The hike in salary is hardly 5 to 10% every year. There is absolutely no job security one can be terminated on immediate basis as well. Extreme work pressure. Everyday there are late sittings, at times we have to work on sundays as well. Inspite of all the hard work there is no appreciation from seniors.
