- No opportunity to grow. - Yearly appraisals are the worst; even if you perform "Excellent" throughout the year, the best they can give you is 4% on your basic. - The company is completely partial about some teams and people. - No options for you once you're in. - You'll be asked to reinvent yourself again and again throughout your tenure.
