working culture, transparency, and decision-making, they don't know how to communicate or motivate employees, and they put their opinions on employees without thinking for a second they don't have any idea what hierarchy means.

The team is cheerful and open for new learnings and experiences, we discuss ideas and innovations together. Everyone in the team is rooting for company's success even after knowing that authorities will not do a single effort towards employee's betterment.

Dislikes

Authorities are way too immature and careless with their work, even their job roles are not defined clearly. The biggest drawback which I see is - they don't trust their own team and they try to do everything themselves. Their "I know it all" attitude is very harmful for the company. They don't care about their employee's well being and keep in imposing a lot of work. Last but not the least, their decision making is horrible, their employee's have a sharper sense of entrepreneurship.

I am greatful to Ajay sir who have made such a huge company names Leadsguru. I have recently join and got my first payment too. I would like to say that everyone should prefer leadsguru and develop their skills and learn how to earn money.

Dislikes

The payout takes time so I would like to request leadsguru to fix this problem.
